Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 3, 2026
This website, alleghenywallworks.com ("the Site"), is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon limited liability company operating as Compass Lead Group ("we," "us"). This policy describes what information the Site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you submit a form on the Site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, optionally your street or neighborhood, and anything you write in the message field. When you call the phone number listed on the Site, we collect the information you share on the call and standard call metadata such as your number and the call time.
The Site itself does not set advertising cookies and does not run analytics scripts at this time. Our hosting and form-processing providers may collect standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) as part of operating their services.
How we use it
The purpose of the Site is to connect homeowners with independent licensed retaining wall contractors. We use the information you submit to:
- Share it with a licensed retaining wall contractor so the contractor can contact you and schedule your free assessment. This sharing is the core function of the Site and is disclosed above every form.
- Contact you ourselves about your request, including by phone, email, or text where you have consented.
- Maintain records of the consent you gave when submitting a form, including the consent language you agreed to and the time of submission. We retain these consent records as required to demonstrate compliance with telephone and text messaging laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
Who we share it with
- Retaining wall contractors. Your inquiry is shared with an independent licensed contractor for the purpose of scheduling and providing your assessment. Contractors are independent businesses and their use of your information is governed by their own practices.
- Service providers. We use third-party providers to operate the Site, including form processing (Web3Forms) and website hosting. They process data on our behalf to deliver those services.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your choices
- You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text.
- You may ask to be removed from contact during any call, or by emailing us at [email protected].
- You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will honor such requests except where retention is required (for example, TCPA consent records).
California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with "California privacy request" in the subject line. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Data retention and security
We retain inquiry and consent records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no internet transmission is perfectly secure.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Questions can be sent to [email protected] or through the contact page.
